Wellow Riding for the Disabled

Name: Wellow Riding for the Disabled
Organisation: Wellow Riding for the Disabled
Location: Wellow, Littel Horse Croft Farm, Ford Rd, Wellow, Somerset, BA2 8QF

Description

Whether you are passionate about horses, people, or both, you will meet other like-minded people, and get huge satisfaction from your interaction with the riders and horses .

Our organisation needs a large number of people prepared to give up their time to a regular weekly term-time commitment. At present Wellow RDA has about 40 volunteers. We come from all walks of life, not necessarily horsey, but ALL have a desire to help people less fortunate than ourselves.

Our volunteers help the riders with activities when riding.

They help with getting the ponies ready for the rides.
