Name: | Cycle path weekly working party |
Organisation: | Frome's Missing Links |
Location: | 26a Innox Hill, Frome, BA11 2LW |
Frome's Missing Links has a working party that goes out every Friday morning to work on the sections of the route that will be next joined up to the existing Sustrans cycle path. This can be strenuous physical work such as lifting old railway sleepers or can be cutting back brambles and scrub.
More hands on deck are always welcome!
All-comers must sign up to be a Sustrans volunteer because they cover insurance and safe working policies.
Frome's Missing Links campaigns for better cycling routes in and around Frome and is fundraising to pay for the infrastructure to create safe off-road sections that join the missing links in Sustrans network of cycle routes.
